------- It seems the setting needs a restart of konqueror. All new konqueror \
instances use the current setting for the text group, running instances use the one \
that was set when they were started. The problem is that the settings used for \
serviceTypeGroups ("text", "image") are not updated when the setting changes. see \
KonqFMSettings::shouldEmbed() (kdebase/libkonq/konq_settings.cc) I think m_embedMap \
needs an update.
