When no sending account is set as default, sending an email will result in having the \
mail in the box "to send" as will stay there forever, when right-clicking on the mail \
and clicking "send now" has no effect. Anyway, when only one sending account is \
configured, there is no problem to know know which one is the default one because \
only one is configured. For multiple sending account, kmail must set one default \
