As I said, this is an intermittent problem. Well not exactly.

I have experimented with this and I find the following:

I have my Flash files in a folder: "$HOME/Files/Video" and I have a URL link icon on \
my DeskTop that opens this folder. I also have a URL link icon that opens: \
"$HOME/Files". If I use the DeskTop URL icon to open the "Video" folder and click on \
a flash file (opening it in the NSPlugin viewer) all three buttons: "Up", "Back", & \
"Forward" are grayed out. However, if I open the "Files" folder and then click on \
"Video" in the file manager window and then click the Flash file, the: "Back" button \
isn't grayed out but the: "Up" button is still grayed out. Now, with the Flash \
running, if I click: "Duplicate Current Tab" (which I have on a toolbar), the: "Up" \
button is no longer grayed out in either tab -- BOTH tabs have: "Up" & "Back" working \
and: "Forward" still grayed out as it should be. Something is slightly strange here.
