Comfirming with KMail 1.9.3 (Debian Sid package).
Reliable steps to provoke this crash:
1. Start writing a new mail.
2. Press Ctrl+P twice (this opens two print dialogs).
3. Close both print dialogs.
4. KMail crashes.
I don't use IMAP at all.
Using host libthread_db library "/lib/tls/i686/cmov/libthread_db.so.1".
