I didnt put the correct example:

This is the addres i dragged -> Giuseppe Ghibò <giusepe email com>

This is what was dropped -> Giuseppe =?utf-8?q?Ghib=C3=B2?= <giusepe email com>

So as you see kmail isnt able to handle characters/vogals that have accents, so \
instead pasting Ghibò it pastes =?utf-8?q?Ghib=C3=B2?=
