The 'Show Fullsize' option is greyed out for compilations that have images loaded via \
placement in folder (the image has not been manually set, it is loaded automatically \
from the folder). This only happens for compilations, normal discs with covers loaded \
in the same way can be shown fullsize and compilation covers that have been manually \
set can also be shown fullsize.
