I don't quite understand... you are talking about the minipager, right? If so, 
then it works for me. You don't have to find the title bar to move the 
window, just pick the whole thing and drag&drop it to another desktop. 
That'll do.

If your note window is too small to be easily selected even if you try it this 
way, here's another tip: wait for the tooltip of the pager applet to show and 
then move your mouse until the window you want to drag gets underlined in the 
tooltip, then drag&drop it.

Besides, if you really cannot get this working you should report it to the 
minipager applet of kicker. Thus I'll close this report.
