It seems that it's not only the time setting that is reverting, but also whether \
Power Saving is enabled or disabled as well. Power Saving reverts to the default \
setting of enabled after 30 minutes everytime KDE is restarted.

Using Kubuntu 6.06 LTS, KDE 3.5.3.
