I will have to file another bug report as bug system doesn't include kcoloredit \
application.

The palette window has a border of approx. 1/8" which is transparent when first \
started and shows screen underneath it.  This then stays until application is closed. \
Resizing kcoloredit makes it render funny things around/in this window border(widgets \
etc. remain in this 1/8" border area).
