Summary: The upload ratio limit cannot be changed when locale
                    uses comma for decimal point.
           Product: ktorrent
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: joris.guisson gmail com
        ReportedBy: jonas widarsson com

Version: KTorrent 1.3dev using KDE 3.5.2 (kdesvn-build stable branch) \
(using KDE KDE 3.5.3) Installed from: Compiled From Sources
OS: Linux

As I use swedish localization, the upload ratio limit box has a decimal comma "1,00" \
instead of a decimal dot "1.00". This is normal AFAIAC, but ktorrent doesn't handle \
this, so when I place the cursor to the left to write 2,00 it just fails because \
ktorrent expects the comma to be a dot.
