I was able to correct that issue by deleteing the contens of /etc/fonts/local.conf.
Here is it's (bad) contens:

<fontconfig>
 <dir>/usr/local/share/fonts</dir>
 <match target="font" >
  <edit mode="assign" name="antialias" >
   <bool>false</bool>
  </edit>
 </match>
</fontconfig>

It seems this file takes precedence over KDE control center's settings.
Is that a bug?
