Summary: [feature-request] add Unicode (utf-8) encoding to
                    KHexEdit.
           Product: khexedit
           Version: 0.8.6
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: espensa online no
        ReportedBy: al4321 gmail com

Version: 0.8.6 (using KDE 3.4.2 Level "b" , SUSE 10.0)
Compiler: Target: i586-suse-linux
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.13-15-default

When working with text files, KHexEdit displays text symbols to the right sidebar.

Unfortunately, it doesn't display Unicoded characters, and replaces them with dots \
and spaces.

I would like to ask you to implement Unicode (utf-8) encoding. (as there are now just \
2 encodings available - EBCDIC and ASCII)

P.S. I know that it sounds strange - working with KHexEdit on text files - still \
needed function however. I also understand that it might not be easy because utf-8 \
characters have variable bit-length, still plz do it.
