I have this same behavior, using Kdevelop versions 3.3.1 and 3.3.2, KDE 3.5.0 and \
3.5.1.

My source files are in a ./src directory under the main project directory. If I use \
Kdevelop's breakpoint interface, GDB says 

break /home/sdillard/Projects/LANL/MComplex/src/Canvas.cpp:93 
No line 93 in file "src/Canvas.cpp".

If I go to the GDB console and type "break Canvas.cpp:93" then it works fine.
