Mid-Level autoadvancing was disabled due to public request. We need a better level \
warp intelligence here. One of the problems was that many levels start simple and the \
first 4-6 lines are just easy character typing but then in the next 10 lines of the \
level, it becomes more difficult. With the previous settings it was possible to warp \
through a whole lecture while leaving out all the difficult parts.

So, not a bug, but a missing feature: when the user is very good in a level (say for \
2/3rds of the level) and meets certain criteria he may be granted an early warp to \
the next level...
