well the idea is that you create a project from scratch and then import it into an \
empty tree in a subversion repository. these options just give you the ability to \
create some hierarchy in the subversion repository for you and import your local \
sources to your repository.

we used to have something to checkout a project from a repository but for some reason \
it was removed at some point, I don't remind exactly why (probably some rework of the \
projects creation) but this should be somehow be readded or redesigned.
