Could this please be reopened?  I am on ubuntu's 3.5.1 release and am still noticing \
this incorrect non-standard  ( http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/struct/tables.html#h-11.2.6 \
) behaviour.  The bottom test case here is an excellent example of the problem.  This \
bug is the same as http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=120215 , it appears.  It would \
be nice if our wonderful khtml would render this properly.
