patch for kpixmapio.cpp

FWIW, I did not check what all the other SHMEM related changes do, but
extracting just the xxx_shift part from Stefan Teleman's patch (see attachment)
makes the quite annoying byte order warnings disappear for me (KDE 3.5.0,
Solaris 10 1/06 Sparc and Solaris 9 12/03 Sparc).
