Summary: Buttons and other user interface elements should be
                    addable through a plugin
           Product: amarok
           Version: 1.3.7
          Platform: Debian testing
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: amarok-bugs-dist lists sourceforge net
        ReportedBy: tkaitchuck comcast net

Version: 1.3.7 (using KDE KDE 3.4.3)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

It should be possible to add user interface elements to amarok through the use of a \
plugin. In particular the following would be helpful. Buttons, that when clicked send \
out a dcop call. Right click menu items for things other than the playlist. (These \
could operate the same way as the ones for the playlist.) Additional boxes for \
context information, preferably that have a generic KParts viewer so they can display \
any type of content.
