Lets say I have translated the:
_: world.kgm\n
Algeria

The rought translation should ignore the _:world.kgm\n line cause it is a comment for \
translation, and not the text to translate to.

Rough Translation cannot match the entry:
_: europe.kgm\n
Algeria
Although the text "Algeria" is the same and only the comment line changes....
