How to enable double page view to have ODD pages on right and EVEN pages on left, it is:
  1
2-3
4-5
6-7

I cannot find option for it. Now in double page mode I have:
1-2
3-4
5-6

I use KPDF 0.5 from rpm (Suse 10.0)
