Thank you for your bug report.
The bug that your reported no longer applies to the latest development
(CVS) version of KDE. This is most probably because it has been fixed,
the application has been substantially modified or the application no
longer exists. The bug report will be closed.
To be precise: the entire configuration will undergo a complete rewrite. You
might even get smething you like: that prioritized list of networks, and when
you click on an entry, it's details show up (still not entirely what you
wanted: I'd like to identify an entry by a descriptive name, independent of
its settings. That makes it easier for people to remember what's what).
However, this is all very much in flux right now. Coming to a desktop near
you in about 1.5 years time.
