"Advanced" has the same problem.

If I switch KDE language (NOT locale - it remains the same, just change language in \
KDE Control Center to English) dialog is displayed properly.

My guess is, Russian in general has longer words than English but dialog was not \
designed to account for it; it is probably using the same space between components, \
but components themselves take more space. It should at least check if it fits on the \
screen and use sliders where appropriate.

Sorry for extremely confusing idea, I am not an expert in graphical design.
