IMHO you either triggered a bug which is already fixed in the key
management application you used or you typed in this information into
kaddressbook accidently (xcopy sucks from time to time :)).

AFAIKS this contact was added by an external application, so it is no
kaddressbook bug, I'd like to propose to close the bug for now and
recreate it as soon as the responsible application is spotted.
