A dcop-call to setPanelSize like

dcop Panel setPanelSize 46

always sets the panel size to 56. I tried this with KDE3.4, too. There, the size is \
different (24), but the behavior is the same, the function always sets the same size, \
ignoring the paramter I pass to it.
