never ever use vcs/compat/svn, it should be dropped,
it's highly obsolete.

use kdesdk/kioslave (as stated in the README !)
then report bugs :)

so please confirm this bug with kioslave from kdesdk
when reporting also report subversion version and what protocol you connect with \
(ssh/http/svn...), it helps, thanks.

regarding svn+http://blah, it's normal , dont care about it.
I just needed a fake adress to make the kioslave start (the real URL is got from the \
working copy by subversion directly, I don't need it)
