Summary: Build collection DB from sidebar does not execute scan
when there are no changes to scansetup dialogue
Product: amarok
Version: unspecified
Platform: Compiled Sources
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: wishlist
Priority: NOR
Component: general
AssignedTo: amarok-bugs-dist lists sourceforge net
ReportedBy: aenertia aenertia net
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.92)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc 3.4.4 amd64
OS: Linux
If you click build collection from the sidebar (say when listening to a track that is not in collection \
and it comes up) and there are already directories specified to scan/watch in the scan setup dialogue... \
and you don't change anything... then after clicking OK... it does not scan.
Deliberate behaviour?
Seems unintuitive to me.
Want to check if there is actually stuff selected in the dialogue, if the user clicked ok/cancel, and if \
there is any sort of current collection db.
