If this is gcc4 related bug, Ill file one on bugs.gentoo.org, but -and forgive my \
ignorance- I have no idea as to up/downgrade my STL headers (more precisely; which \
package they belong to). I know my current gcc4 has some default patches enabled by \
gentoo, ill try gcc-4.0.1 this weekend and report back.
