Sometimes construction of a facility just stopps. The only thing that helps is \
canceling the construction (which is very hard to do because it need many mouse \
clicks (one to go into pause mode and about three (sometimes more) I guess to cancel)

Haven't found a way to reproduce yet, found it on map cross, with two players \
building in the helipad and comand bunker.
