Kile does not seem to pass the encoding setting correctly to aspell. Ispell works \
fine (tried with an iso-8859-1 document). The system setting is utf-8 and aspell \
tries reading the document with that encoding leeding to errors e.g. with umlauts.

setting the encoding manually in aspell.conf resolves the problem but is not very \
"elegant".

aspell version used is 0.60 on SUSE 10.0 System
