Here is a paper that I had to print out in a different word processor because
of this bug. If you look on page 3, you will notice that the footnotes stretch
down all the way to the top of page 4. I hope this helps. I have also had this
problem with long footnotes, sometimes as long as half a page. This seems to be
a bigger problem with documents that are longer in length (5-10+ pages) with
many footnotes scattered throughout the document.
