Trying to solve the problem, I see that this problem happends when yuo send more than \
one mail to the same recipient and previous mail has more text than new mail, then \
kmail increase mail text with data from previous mail until same size.

example

mail to account server com
---
aaa bbb ccc ddd eee fff ggg
---

Next mail to account server com
---
111 222 333
---

the Kmail bug send a text like 
---
111 222 333
ddd eee fff ggg
---

another mail with text
---
eee rrr
---

is send like
---
eee rrr
333
ddd eee fff ggg
---
