Hmm... I can reproduce it, but after investigation it looks like
an issue in HAL. You should report it there, it seems that for some
usb-storage HAL reports /dev/sdX twice...

Sorry, but I can't do anything from KDE code so it's an INVALID from
here, feel free to open a bug report on HAL though because it's valid
there in my humble opinion.
