I have this bug as well. What KMail (1.6.2, SuSE 9.1) did was somehow concatenate the \
names of my previous ISP and my current ISP. I currently use charter, once used \
mindspring, and the results (found with ethereal) were queries for \
pop.charter.net.mindspring.com and smtp.charter.net.mindspring.com. None of this \
stuff showed up in the GUI. I got rid of a "[Transport 2]" query for mindspring that \
KMail had somehow left in the kmailrc file, and found a few record files in \
/apps/kmail that actually specified pop charter net mindspring com , which I got rid \
of, but KMail is still looking for charter.net.mindspring.com. Anyhow, wastes time, \
sometimes causes mail sending to fail, pretty annoying.
