Summary: Move Program background setting from Advanced Options to
                    main background settings
           Product: kdesktop
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: faure kde org
        ReportedBy: lynch30 marshall edu

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.90)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources

I believe the Program configuration setting that allows you to have a program to draw \
the background should be moved from the Advanced Options setting and set as a 4th \
radio button on the main Background section. Iconically, there is already room for \
it under the Slide show: option, and it would be setup just like slide show where you \
would select the radio button next to it and then click on the 'Setup...' button to \
configure what program to run.

I don't think it makes much sense to have it where it currently is, as when you \
enable the setting, it overrides all 3 of the radio buttons, but you wouldn't know \
that unless you knew that setting a program did so. So now there would be clear \
indication where the background image is coming from (none set, picture, slideshow, \
or program).
