I marked this as wishlist, although it could maybe be considered a bug...

The background configuration dialog recently received some updates to allow \
individual monitor background setup with a per screen preview to see how the settings \
would take affect.

It would be nice if kicker used this as well, since it does support xinerama \
placement per screen, to illustrate that on 2 monitors instead of one 'universal' \
desktop.  If you look at the attached screen, it would probably make more sense.
