I've now submitted patches to add online IMAP filtering to KMail. This has been done \
using the new less blocking filtering system. Especially in conjunction with Till \
Adam's work this should make spam filtering less blocking.

This work should be included in the KDE 3.5 release. But the less blocking filtering \
will only be available for online IMAP filtering (and in special cases manual \
filtering).

It should only be a small amount of coding now to get less blocking filtering for pop \
and local accounts (and sending) but it requires substantial testing. So the \
potential is there to get this done by 3.5 but it needs more work than I alone can \
currently deliver.
