First of all, the filter folder window (what you get when you click on the blue X from "move to folder") is really small and hard to use. The folders should be collapsible, and the window should be at least as wide as the name of the largest folder. Second of all, the filter list on the left hand side is hard to manage - when you have a lot of filters, it's hard to find the one you want. There's not even a search. I understand that this is somewhat necessary for ordering, but shouldn't there be a way one can switch back and forth between the ordering and human-visible view? Or something like that? It's unwieldy as it is.
