 1) Please start reading and understanding KDE Translation HOW-TO
located at:

If you have any doubts, ask. KDE project switched recently from CVS to SVN
as as revision system.

 2) At the same time, send me privately a desired username to make an account for 
you on KDE Translators Center so you can update info for your team
at: http://i18n.kde.org/teams/
