Summary: I wish I could middle-click the back-button to open the
previous page in a new tab
           Product: konqueror
           Version: 3.3.2
          Platform: Debian testing
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: konq-bugs kde org
        ReportedBy: alexanro pvv ntnu no

Version: 3.3.2 (using KDE KDE 3.3.2)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

Hi,

Sometimes I visit a webpage, and right after I clicke a link on that page \
with my left mouse-button, I see another link that I would like to click! \
Then I usually stop the browser from loading the page, go back, \
middle-click the other link and left-click the first link again. Or, I \
click the other link with the left mouse-button instead of the first link. \
Now, if only I could have a way of opening the previous page in a new tab!

Despite your browsing habits, I see no arguments for not making it possible \
for Konqueror to open the previous page in a new tab.

My favorite way of doing that, would be to simply middle-click the back \
button. How I wish that it was possible! I have even middle-clicked it \
intuitively in the past, with nothing happening.

Thank you so much if this dream of middle-clicking the back-button could \
come true. :-)

Happy hacking!
