today i saw this webpage, where the author explained he wanted a easy way to \
drag'n'drop with stacked windows. its quite easy to use (he has made a java jar to \
show it), and i guess it'd be not THAT hard with KDE 4, so i'd like to put this as a \
request for a new abillity for kwin in KDE 4... i think its usefull, can be easy to \
use, it doesn't clutter the interface at all, and it looks nice i think.
