Thanks to Robert Walsh, the 3.0 repository now also has some client requests \
(STACK_REGISTER, STACK_DEREGISTER, STACK_CHANGE) that let you tell Valgrind exactly \
where your stacks are, for cases where the built-in heuristics and --max-stackframe \
are too crude.  And with that, I think we can declare this issue resolved, hurray!
