KBabel seems to have other places where it assumes that the ; character is 
mandatory in the Content-Type. So I am re-opening this bug.

In kdesdk/kbabel/common/catalog.cpp, the code tries to replace the old 
Content-Type by the new one. This will fail if the old Content-Type has not 
any ; character.
