Summary: Cannot jump to multiline messages
           Product: kbabel
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Mac OS X (Fink)
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: visnovsky kde org
        ReportedBy: gaute verdsveven com

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.1)
Installed from: Mac OS X (Fink) Packages

In the search result list (database, auxiliary, etc.), it's possible to double-click \
an entry to edit that message in a new KBabel window. When the msgid contains \
linebreaks, the new window doesn't jump to the correct entry, but stays at the first \
message.

This probably also affects the command line option "--gotomsgid", since that is used \
for launching the new window.

I made this work by patching Catalog::indexForMsgid().
