Dual Head Xinerama setup. Application open on Screen 2 (lets say 'kate'), select any \
menu, move pointer across menus so each menu drops down. Some items appear correctly, \
others appear on screen 1. Specifically on my setup, Kate's "Tools" menu drops down \
on wrong screen. Clues: "Tools" has the most items of any menu in Kate, so height \
might be a factor. I have the titlebar about 1/2 way down the screen so the menu bar \
is quite low; the problem doesn't occur if the titlebar & menubar is at the top of \
the screen.  Not easy to reproduce with some apps even with long menus.
