Google says SUN platform may have a bug in alloca or so. 
Try to locate what's up with /usr/local/share/bison.simple: 

Originall (in sqlparser.cpp generated on Linux), there's a line like:

#if (!defined (__STDC__) && defined (sparc)) || defined (__sparc__) || defined \
(__sparc) || defined (__sgi) || (defined (__sun) && defined (__i386))

Look at this place - maybe requires a fix.
