Try this:
1. edit sqlparser.y file and enter these 3 lines:

#ifndef YYDEBUG /* compat. */
# define YYDEBUG 0
#endif

after line 433 or so:
%{

2. 
$ cd path-to-/kexidb/parser/
$ make parser

3. continue kexi compilation
