Same for me:

I'm able to write files in a CD, but I can not copy an entire misic CD. (but \
yesterday I can!). I've got diferent errors:

a) k3b says has not enougth cache or velocity is too slow, CD is expulsed, copy \
aborted and, then, k3b crasesh

b) k3b doen't crash but copy ios aborted with next debug output:
