The bug only happens when you have a locale that uses ',' instead of '.' as a decimal \
point. I have my locale set to The Netherlands which causes this. After switching to \
an american locale, it started to work correctly.

kdDebug() << "KSpreadCell::pasteOperation " << new_text << " / "<< old_text << ", op: \
" << op << endl; Prints:
kspread: KSpreadCell::pasteOperation 10,00 / 2,0, op: 2

And the consequent QString.toDouble(boolean) fails to parse it as a double.
I guess that 10,00 being on the clipboard is incorrect to begin with, what do you \
think?
