OK. Perhaps its Ghostscript complaining about the fonts that is slowing things down. \
Anyway, for KDE3.4.1 when installing a font the exension will be converted to \
lowercase, and ' ', ':', or '-' will be replaced with '_' in the filename.

So, if this is the case, then it should already be fixed (for KDE3.4.1) by the \
extension lowercasing.
