I copied some text from a web page, right clicked on the ktts and chose speak the \
clipboard contents and then the system became unresponsive until the kernel killed \
kio_file.

Free swap  = 0kB
Total swap = 522104kB
Out of Memory: Killed process 26420 (kio_file).
